Secure Redact offers AI-powered audio redaction for both video and audio-only files. It uses Named Entity Recognition (NER) to automatically identify sensitive information, such as names, locations, and dates, within the audio. The platform also automatically generates a text transcript of the audio, making it easy to search for specific words or phrases that need to be redacted.
From our infrastructure, to customer deployment, to data storage and usage, Secure Redact follows UK and EU GDPR, and CCPA compliance.
With regards to HIPAA compliance and how we process PHI data, we have completed SOC 2 Type 2 which includes ensuring proper management of personal information (including PHI).

All major video file formats including 'mp4', 'mov', 'avi', 'webm', 'wmv', 'mpeg', ‘3gp’ and ‘mkv’. If you have a file format that is not currently supported please get in contact and we will look into adding it.

Given the diversity of CCTV, Body worn and dash cam footage, no solution will ever be 100% accurate across all real-world video content, but that is something we are striving towards.
